These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Property Reels (“Property Reels,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through propertyreels.ca (the “Services”).
By purchasing, subscribing to, or using our Services, you confirm that you are acting for business purposes as a real estate agent, brokerage, or related professional, and you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Quick summary: Our services are custom and digital. All sales are final. If something goes wrong, we may offer a fix or credit at our discretion.
Property Reels provides custom digital marketing services, including real estate listing videos and related deliverables, created using materials supplied by the client and our proprietary production workflow.
All Services are custom, digital, and made to order.
Video Length & Format: Video length varies by listing and platform. Most videos are delivered between 30–90 seconds and are optimized for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and MLS (where permitted). Unless otherwise agreed in writing, videos will not exceed approximately three (3) minutes. Final length and structure are determined at Property Reels’ discretion to ensure quality and performance.
Property Reels offers both subscription-based plans and one-time purchases.
Subscription plans include a defined number of videos per billing period. Unused videos do not roll over unless explicitly stated in writing.
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
Delivery timelines begin once all required assets and information have been received from the client. Delays caused by missing or incomplete assets are not the responsibility of Property Reels.
The Diamond 24-hour delivery guarantee applies only once all required materials have been submitted in full. Delays caused by client actions, scope changes, or revisions reset the delivery clock.
Revision allowances are based on plan level:
Revisions must remain within the original scope of work. Additional or out-of-scope changes may require an additional fee.
Multi-language versions consist of separate downloadable videos using the same visuals with different voiceover languages.
Due to the custom and digital nature of the Services, all sales are final.

Upon full payment, the client is granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final delivered content for marketing purposes.
Property Reels’ total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Property Reels shall not be liable for delays due to causes beyond reasonable control.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services for violations of these Terms or non-payment.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
