Common Questions
Which path should I choose?
If you just want a simple, hands-off way to earn extra income by mentioning us to clients, go Referral. If you want to build listing reels into your own service menu and control the client price, go Wholesale. You can also do both — refer some clients directly and wholesale others.
Do I need to collect payment from my client?
As a Referral Partner, no — the agent pays Property Reels directly and you're paid commission separately. As a Wholesale Partner, yes — you invoice your own client at whatever price you choose, and Property Reels invoices you separately at the flat $99/listing rate.
How and when do I get paid?
Referral commissions are calculated weekly and paid out via e-transfer. Wholesale partners are simply invoiced weekly for listings delivered that week — no commission tracking needed.
What if my client isn't happy with the reels?
Tell us what's off and we re-edit them — pacing, music, clip order, whatever it is. Your name is on this work as much as ours, so we'd rather redo it than leave something out there you're not proud of.
Is there a minimum number of listings?
No minimums on either path. Send us one listing or fifty — the terms stay the same.
Can I switch between paths later?
Yes, anytime. Some partners start with referrals and move to wholesale once they're comfortable including reels in their own packages.
