Client Content & Submitted Materials
You retain full ownership of all content you submit to Property Reels — including listing photos, videos, logos, and property information.
By submitting materials, you grant Property Reels a limited, non-exclusive license to use your content solely to produce and deliver the services you have purchased. This license ends when your engagement with us ends, except where we have your consent to use completed videos for portfolio or promotional purposes as outlined in our Terms of Service.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to:
- provide and support the services you have purchased;
- comply with applicable legal and tax obligations;
- resolve disputes and enforce our agreements; and
- maintain necessary business records.
Project files and deliverables are stored for a maximum of 30 days after delivery, after which they may be deleted. Billing and transaction records are retained for a minimum of 7 years as required by Canadian tax law.
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at info@propertyreels.ca. We will fulfill deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain records.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These include:
