We don't send camera crews or film on location. We work entirely from the listing photos you already have. Using cinematic motion design, pacing, and music, we turn your images into a polished walkthrough-style video. No travel, no scheduling, no on-site hassles.

After purchase you'll receive a secure upload link. Simply drag and drop your listing photos and fill in basic details — address, price, key features. Each property gets its own upload so everything stays organized.

No problem — we can create a polished video using any photos you have, including phone photos. When you later get professional shots, we can remake the video at no additional cost within your revision window.

Yes — in most cases our videos are MLS-friendly. If your local board has strict rules around branding or music, we can provide a clean version without those elements when needed. Always verify your board's specific guidelines, but we design with MLS compliance in mind.

Property Reels is built primarily for Ontario realtors — the GTA, Brampton, Mississauga, Oakville, Markham, Hamilton, and beyond. We can also support agents in any English-speaking market.

Delivery time depends on your plan:

Every Property Reel comes with our Fast Delivery Guarantee. If we don't deliver your video within the promised window after receiving your photos and listing details, your next video is completely free. No fine print, no excuses.

Authority plan clients get same day delivery. Order before 11AM and your video is delivered that same day. Order after 11AM and it's in your inbox before 8AM the next morning — ready before your first showing.

Every plan includes 2 revision rounds per video:
A revision round means you send all your feedback at once and we update accordingly.

Additional revisions beyond your included rounds can be purchased as add-ons. Most clients find their included rounds more than sufficient for each listing — we get it right quickly.

Every video includes professional, licensed copyright-free music selected to match your listing's vibe. There are no copyright issues, so you can post confidently on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and anywhere else without risk of a video being flagged or muted.

Social optimization means we deliver your video in the right format for each platform — 9:16 vertical for Reels and TikTok, ready for MLS as well. We do not post on your behalf. We deliver ready-to-post files and you post them yourself. This keeps your accounts secure and your voice authentic.

Every video includes your name, logo, and contact details built directly into the video, so your brand stays consistent across every listing you post.

You do. Once delivered and paid for, you have full usage rights to use the videos across your website, MLS (where allowed), social media, email marketing, and in listing presentations. No licensing fees, no restrictions.

One-time plans are billed once at checkout with no recurring charges. Prepay & Save plans are billed once upfront and load all your video credits immediately — no rebills, no monthly charges. Use your credits whenever listings come in.

Prepay & Save lets you lock in a bundle of listing credits upfront at a lower rate per listing than our one-time plans. All credits load to your account immediately and are valid for 2 years from purchase. There are no rebills and no monthly charges — a slow month never costs you anything.

One-time credit packages (Starter and Producer) never expire. Prepay packages (Starter, Producer, and Authority) are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. Real estate is seasonal, so we designed it this way intentionally — a slow month should never cost you anything.

Yes — you can purchase a higher-tier bundle at any time. Any existing credits remain in your account and can be used alongside new credits. There's no penalty for switching plans between purchases.

Yes. We offer custom brokerage pricing for teams that need volume — shared credits across multiple agents, priority delivery, and one dedicated point of contact for the entire brokerage. Contact us to discuss a custom arrangement.

Our Starter (One-Time) plan is perfect for that — 1 listing with 2 edited videos at $147, no commitment. If you love it and want more, you can upgrade to Producer or a Prepay bundle at any time.
