What are the 4 edited videos per listing?
Every listing comes with 4 edited videos in different formats — a cinematic tour, a fast hook cut, a highlights version, and a lifestyle edit. You post one a day for four days every time a listing drops. You never have to think about content again.
Do my credits expire?
Starter one-time credits are valid for 12 months. Prepay credits are valid for 2 years. Real estate is seasonal — we built it this way so a slow month never costs you anything extra.
What do you need from me?
Just your listing photos. We handle everything else — editing, music, colour grading, 4 reel variations, vertical cuts, and your branded intro and outro. You send photos, we deliver content. You don't touch anything.
How does same day delivery work?
Authority clients who order before 11AM get their reels delivered the same day. Order after 11AM and everything is in your inbox before 8AM the next morning — ready before your first showing.
Can I add voiceover?
Yes — multilingual voiceover is available as an add-on for $47 per listing. We offer English, French, Punjabi, Mandarin, Arabic, Urdu, Spanish and more. Perfect for reaching diverse buyer communities across the GTA.
Can I use the reels on MLS and social media?
Yes — you own everything we deliver. Use it anywhere with zero restrictions. MLS, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, your website — no limits.
