Getting Started

What exactly is Property Reels?

Property Reels turns your listing photos into cinematic, ready-to-post videos with script, voiceover, branding, and social-optimized formats. No filming, no editing, no dealing with video crews — you send photos, we send finished content.

Who is this for?

We’re built for real estate agents and teams who want consistent, professional listing content without hiring a videographer or spending hours in editing tools. If you’re posting on Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube, Property Reels is for you.

How does the process work?

It’s simple: 1) Choose a plan and sign up.
2) Upload your listing photos and key details using our secure link.
3) We write the script, record the voiceover, edit the video, and send you finished files ready to post.

Do you shoot on site?

No. We don’t send camera crews or film on location. We work entirely from your existing listing photos and assets, using motion design, pacing, and audio to create a cinematic video that feels like a walkthrough.

How do I send my photos and listing info?

After you sign up, you’ll receive a secure upload link. You can drag-and-drop your listing photos and provide basic details (address, price, key features). Each property gets its own upload, so everything stays tidy.

Which markets do you support?

Property Reels is built with Canadian realtors in mind (especially Ontario), but we can support agents in any English-speaking market. Multi-language voiceovers help you reach international and multicultural buyers as well.

Delivery, Revisions & Guarantee

How fast do I get my videos?

It depends on your plan:

Silver: Delivered within 48–72 hours.
Gold: Delivered within 24–48 hours (priority queue).
Diamond: 24-hour delivery guarantee — or your next month is free.

What is your 24-hour Fast Delivery Guarantee?

Diamond members get our 24-Hour Fast Delivery Guarantee. If we don’t deliver your video within 24 hours of receiving your photos and listing details, your next month is free. No fine print, no excuses.

How do revisions work?

Each plan includes built-in revision windows:

Silver: 1 revision round per video.
Gold: Unlimited revisions within 7 days of delivery.
Diamond: Unlimited revisions within 14 days of delivery.

A “revision round” means you send all your feedback at once, and we update the video accordingly.

What if I need changes after the revision window?

We can still help — additional revisions after the included window can be purchased as add-ons. Most clients find the standard revision windows more than enough for each listing.

Can I pause or cancel my membership?

Yes. All memberships are month-to-month. You can pause, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel before your next renewal. There are no long-term contracts and no hidden fees.

What happens if I don’t use all my videos in a month?

To keep our pricing fair and sustainable, unused videos don’t roll over to the next month. Most agents match their plan to their average listing volume — and upgrade during their busy seasons.

Multi-Language, Social & Branding

What does “Multi-Language Versions” mean?

We can create additional versions of your listing video narrated in other languages (for example French, Hindi, Spanish, or Mandarin). Each language version is delivered as its own downloadable file, with the same visuals but a different voiceover track.

Which plans include Multi-Language Versions?

Gold includes up to 2 additional language versions per video. Diamond includes up to 4. Custom brokerage plans can request unlimited language versions as needed.

What is Social Optimization?

Social Optimization means we prepare your video so it performs better on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube — without you needing to edit anything yourself. We deliver platform-specific formats (9:16, 16:9, 1:1), add captions and hooks, and pace the video for maximum retention.

Do you post the videos to my social media for me?

For standard Silver, Gold, and Diamond plans, we do not post on your behalf — we deliver ready-to-post files. For Custom brokerage plans, optional posting/scheduling can be included as part of a tailored package.

How is my branding used in the videos?

Every video includes your name, logo, and contact details. Gold and Diamond plans also include custom intros/outros and more advanced brand styling so your content looks consistent across all listings and platforms.

Who owns the finished videos?

You do. Once delivered and paid for, you have full usage rights to the final videos for your own marketing — on your website, MLS (where allowed), social media, email, and in listing presentations.

Billing & Membership

How am I billed?

Memberships are billed monthly and renew automatically every 30 days until you cancel. One-time video packages are billed once at checkout with no recurring charges.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. You can move between Silver, Gold, and Diamond as your listing volume changes. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades typically apply from your next billing cycle.

Do you offer brokerage or team pricing?

Yes. Our Custom (Brokerage) plans start from $2,500/month and include unlimited videos for your agents, a dedicated editor, content planning, optional posting, and onboarding for your entire team.

What if I just want to try one video first?

You can start with our One-Time Video Package. If you upgrade to a membership within 7 days, we’ll credit that purchase toward your first month so you don’t pay twice.
